1Introduction & Applicability

2Account Registration & Management

To open an account with 520bet, you must be at least 18 years old. Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time and balances forfeited.

• Each person may only have one 520bet account.
• Sharing your account login credentials (username and password) with anyone else is prohibited.
• If your personal information changes, you must update it in your account immediately.
• KYC documents (NID or Passport) must be submitted before your first withdrawal.
• If suspicious activity is detected, 520bet may suspend the account without notice.

3Financial Transaction Terms

You must use payment methods approved by 520bet for deposits and withdrawals. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not accepted — the source for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.

To prevent money laundering, 520bet monitors suspicious transactions and may request additional documentation as needed. Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process during verification.

4Betting Rules

All bets on 520bet are final once confirmed. Once you see 'Bet Confirmed' on screen, it cannot be withdrawn. If an event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.

• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly in in-play betting. The odds applicable at the moment you submit your bet are final.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is postponed for more than 12 hours, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Incorrect Odds: 520bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Betting Limits: Maximum betting limits are set for each market and can be viewed on the dashboard.
• Betting exchange is prohibited: Betting as a group or syndicate and any activity related to match-fixing are strictly prohibited.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

All 520bet bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it converts to withdrawable cash once the required turnover is met.

• Bonus validity is typically 30 days; specific offers may have different terms.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is typically 20–30 times the bonus amount.
• Winnings from a free bet will be credited as cash for the profit portion only, not the original free bet stake.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 520bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and conduct an investigation.

6Prohibited Activities

If involved in any of the following activities, 520bet reserves the right to immediately terminate the account and forfeit the balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (multi-accounting).
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to access or hack another member's account.
• Registration with false identity or fake documents.
• Operating accounts for bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse.

7Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the 520bet platform — logos, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and text — is intellectual property owned by 520bet or its licensors. Copying, republishing, or using any content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

Members may use 520bet services for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Reverse engineering, scraping, or any other technical exploitation of any part of the platform is prohibited.

8Account Closure & Refunds

Members may close their account at any time by contacting support. Upon receiving a closure request, 520bet will process it within 48 hours and return any verified balance.

• If your account is closed, any unused bonus balance will be forfeited.
• In case of rule violation, 520bet may freeze the balance and conduct an investigation.
• If cleared in the investigation, the full balance will be returned.
• If you apply for self-exclusion under Responsible Gaming, your account will be locked for 5 years.

9Limitation of Liability

520bet is not directly liable for failed bets or transactions caused by technical errors, internet outages, or other factors beyond our control. However, 520bet is committed to providing fair resolutions in such cases.

520bet is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses under any circumstances. The member bears full responsibility for profit or loss from betting decisions. 520bet operates solely as an intermediary platform.

10Changes to Terms & Contact

520bet may amend these Terms & Conditions as needed. In case of significant changes, notice will be provided via registered email or on the platform. Continued use of 520bet after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
